National Weather Service weather spotter training April 24 at the convention center

This is a great opportunity to find out how the NWS operates, and for people to become trained in recognizing severe weather and how to be safe, and how to report it to us so we can issue weather warnings, advisories, etc.
Spotters are our eyes and ears on the ground, especially in the Tonopah area, where radar is very limited.
